SCOUTING

Each League week, every team will be allowed to scout foreign teams for players that will make up their ‘Draft list’ for the end of the season.

Simply select the region you wish to visit and the ‘type’ of player you are looking for and that player will then appear on your Draft list (which will be on your Club page). The players name, age and preferred side will be shown along with his stamina, aggression and charisma, but his Tackling passing and shooting will appear as numbers between 1 and 10. This number is not his actual attribute number but a guide to what sort of level the player could be with 1 being one of the lowest in the world and 10 being of the highest in the world.

The actual attribute numbers will appear if selected in the draft.

DRAFT

As you collect players names in your draft list, other managers will also be looking for players and could well have the same players on their list as yours, so on the draft night, it will be a case of who selects first, as in previous drafts.

These players will be drafted for free, so their is no money to pay out to sign these players, as previously.

Each team will have a Recruitment department level that can be improved upon, as you currently have with other facilities. On draft night the team with the highest level in recuitment will get to pick first and the lowest recruitment level will pick last. If two or more teams have the same recuitment level, then their names will drawn out of a hat to determine draft order.
